Hailie began her career in the medical field, where she developed a strong foundation in service, precision, and client advocacy. Her transition to the financial services industry was driven by a belief that planning is essential, particularly when life presents unexpected challenges. That mindset now guides her work behind the scenes, where she ensures each account is handled accurately and efficiently.
She holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Mott Community College and carries certifications as a Phlebotomy Technician and Medical Assistant. Her experience in high-pressure, detail-driven environments translates into thoughtful execution and consistent follow-through across every client interaction.
Hailie resides in Genesee County, Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, Pilates, and spending time with her family, friends, and two cats—Pip and Squeeks—who add plenty of personality to her days.
